Dynamic Components

note

Available for Gen3 only.

The dynamic components family is a special set of components that do not exist in the device initially and are created dynamically by the user.

IDs for these components start from 200 and are limited to 299.

They utilize the universal component interface, enabling access through standard methods such as <Component>.GetStatus, <Component>.GetConfig, and <Component>.SetConfig.

To obtain a list containing dynamic components, you must retrieve all pages using the Shelly.GetComponents method.
